It was. Manager mentioned it just before the international break when he was an unused sub. Said Connolly wasn't fit enough to come off the bench because of an injury that flared up again.

An attacking-mid who can play wide. No relevance to Connolly.

Harry Vaughan should be out on loan though, he's barely kicked a ball this season.
