Is there some sort of mini gang problem in North Dublin at the moment? I can't seem to find an unbiased view on it. All it says is that there's African gangs v Irish vigilantes? That's hardly true?

The only real way of dealing with this problem is through force. It's a proven fact that those shot in the kneecaps are far less likely to re offend than those asked to throw 200 notes in a district court poorbox. |

That would be reserved for the 2nd offence. Irish Republican governments and the soldiers that served them have a proven track record of dealing with these type of problems. The States answer is more about enriching their solicitor pals rather than solving the problem. |
