The manager (Vera) said it at the time that conceding a 94th minute goal v Greece would cost us. Being a football fan in Ireland is becoming very demoralising lately .

I think Ireland froze a bit on the night. Were the better team clearly but played with tension and never really looked like scoring. Even McCabe's missed penalty was probably symptomatic of the nerves.
