I’ve watched a few Bristol city games recently and they seem like a team with no direction at all. Not sure at all about Lee Johnson as a manager. I’d love to see o dowda at a team like Leeds . He’s just been substituted after doing very little wrong but he definitely still has the talent to play with a much better team . Stephen Kenny could be good for him

O'Dowda's career seemed to stall around the time of his contract dispute when mooted moves to Leeds and Fulham failed to materialise.
Let's hope it can kick on now under a new manager. He does have the talent.

really seemed to have gone backwards this last few seasons for a player who we had high hopes for

Very unlikely to be selected on Tuesday.
Brady and Cullen likely omitted too.

I think O'Dowda did alright in the two games month but he'll be lucky to start against Slovakia seeing as he hasn't played since.

Back on the bench now at Bristol City, which is where he's usually to be seen anyway.

Well i think it would be hard to leave Robinson out given the form hes in right now. You would think O'Dowda would start on the bench. Good player to bring on tho. I agree hes defo done well anytimes hes played really.

Yes, It would be good to see him get a sustained run in the side and get back to the sort of form he was showing the season before last.

3rd start in a row for odowda, he must be improving which is fantastic for ireland going into these games.
Sadly Bristol lost the 2 games he did start so a win and a goal today would be nice

not sure if he’s the villain in the Irish dressing room but he’s playing very well for Bristol City this season. His overall game was good tonight again.
