Thats mullarkey. Obviously no one expects anything from Arsenal but they have a chance in the other games to potentially get some points. And realistically there is damn all between themselves and shams despite what the table says. Sorry Bohs ur out

Stop talking sh*te. Bohs are ahead of Dundalk beacuse they are better team. We will see in the cup match.

It was at the Emirates tho. Its not so much they didnt have a go i think they were just too scared of conceding 6 or 7 in the game. I agree it was disappointing they didnt have any real efforts on goal. I have to say i didnt like the talk in the build up to it. Sounded like they were just google eyed to be there. and that stuff about duffy and his middle name thierry. Fck sake keep that sh1te to yourself. You never got the impression they were going there looking for a result which is a little disappointing. At least give the public that impression.

No one expects them to cause arsenal trouble. And there might be times when its like, let's just try keep the score down and get out of here, disappointing thing is they didn't really try and compete at all. It was a second string arsenal too.

Such nonsense-
Pepe was bought for £70M and they had a World Cup winner playing.

The difference in class was huge. They did okay.
Better teams will go to Arsenal and get battered.

Dundalk will defo get chances in this game by the looks of it. Got a lucky break with Hobans header. I hope they dont retreat like against Molde. Hopefully the goal for Hoban can help him along. I think he needed that.

Shocking goalkeeping mistake allows  Hoban to score. I feel Dundalk can score again however they look far to vulnerable at the back

Dundalk while doing relatively well tonight and for their budget, are showing how far the LOI is away in terms of quality.  They lose possession in situations main European league players dont.  The difference in quality between Arsenal and Dundalk was frightening in terms of athleticism, speed of thought and movement and most importantly technical ability. They could have lost 8-0.
Rapid are better but not a huge amount.  I expect them to go on to win 3-1.

That's actually a good example.  Hoban was useless in that situation. Our players just dont have good touch .  He should have taken it on his left foot. Any decent striker puts Dundalk 2-1 up there.
