Removing of movies such as Gone With The Wind and Trading Places from streaming services as well as episodes of Fawlty Towers due to racial slurs is a step too far in these PC times

Politicians, including Varadkar and his satellites, who repeatedly refer to ' Ireland and Northern Ireland.' Grinds my gears every time.

Every comedy ever, would have to be removed as I’m sure 100% have something offensive in them.

It's really mad the way a lot of people still don't get the difference between edgy comedy and blatant racism, homophobia etc.

Have I?

Leo has always expressed his admiration for Churchill and Thatcher.
A number of FG's want Ireland to re-join the Commonwealth.
A number of FG's are Unionists.
Most FG's wear the poppy.
No FG's would wear that offensive item - Easter Lily.

Do you ever year of FG's TD's talk about the fascist blueshirts and their glorious leader? AFAIK there is no mention of any of this on the official website.

There are probably loads of other examples.

None of that would make them the southern DUP. None of it.

Killian Foley-Walsh would probably be too extreme for the DUP.

Bernard Manning was misunderstood.
I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

What is the issue with Trading Places? Genuinely curious here as the film highlights the racist rich and old Wall Street of the 80's very well.

It would damage this forums' reputation
