Banshees of Innisheerin isn't actually that good, definitely the lowest of McDonaghs films. Everything, Everywhere  All at Once is a far better watch.

Foo Fighters are pretty sh*te.

There's a Nirvana and Foo Fighters mix hits on. Love the Nirvana stuff, Foo Fighters not one tune I'm thinking that's decent. It's not terrible but it all sounds the same.
It would damage this forums' reputation

Foo Fighters early stuff is good. There’s enough of it to make it seem like they’re better than they are. A good band to see live though.

Yeah their greatest hits makes for a good gig. Saw them for the first time about 5 years back and would have loved to see them all again. I see they're touring again now after Taylor's death

First 4 albums are belters.

Few decent tunes on the following 3 but otherwise are pretty underwhelming.

Last 3 are dreadful.

I seen them in the Olympia and Point back in the day and both shows were unreal, don't think i'd be all that arsed seeing them now.

I think players are dead right to demand yellow cards for opponents when it’s merited.

Top teams tend to commit more fouls as they are wily enough to stop quick counter attacks. Tactical fouls are a big part of the game these days. Yellow cards need to be dished out more regularly to at least bring a bit of jeopardy to the team slowing down the match

Dead

You horrible coont MC. That's a deliciously unpopular opinion. LOL

Definitely agree on the non-bold bit.

Thats the refs job....just that refs don't have the balls to penalise the top teams, look at the Sabitzers table today. That's a Leicester player it's a red card.

Live music in pubs is annoying.  Too loud and drowns out conversation.  Usually the guitarist takea up a load of seating space aswell playing songs you've heard a million times.

I’d agree but really it depends on what you’re after for the night, who you are with and the venue and of course, how many sherry’s you’ve had

Most pubs are too loud - and no it’s not because I am getting old

If I go to a bar with friends / work colleagues for a chat I wanna head the conversation not some sh*te genetic rubbish or even worse depeche mode

Cassidy's on Camden on a Sunday have a great live trad band. Not into live music on a Friday or Saturday in a bar as others have said. Can't hear a thing.
