Only last week a female teacher got charged with having sex with a 15 year old more then 50 times and got a suspended sentence  6 Years will not be sticking. He got 6 years to make an example out of him due to being famous and media pressure also.

Not necessarily illegal. Lots of so-called "teen" porn showing "18 and 19" year olds when they're clearly older. Maybe creepy for a 28 year old, but not illegal.

I'm not saying he should get off, I'm simply saying this justice system has clearly failed him and I'd be shocked if he didn't win his appeal. He clearly has issues, he's a sex addict not quite sure what animal porn is and nor do I want to know ff. |

Except her sentence was then quashed for being unduly lenient and she was subsequently sentenced to two years in prison. Which still seems quite light. Regardless though, Johnson's crimes fall in the 4-10 year category with a 5 year minimum sentence so 6 years isn't too harsh. Without studying the two cases I don't know why the sentencing guidelines are so different.
