Glen "Spacer" Branagh, a Loyalist member of UDA's youth wing who died when a pipe bomb he was carrying exploded in 2001, was a Celtic fan.

He was also related to Kenneth Branagh.

A marksman in the British army shot Bananarama's unarmed road manager in the back in Belfast in the 80s, killing him.

He was sentenced to life in prison before getting released two years later and serving the rest of his stint in the army.

There is more to do that story - he was 22 and playing ball with his mates and the soldier went back and got his rifle and came back and killed him.

The army investigates itself and they usually walk away.

It was no different with Lee Clegg who murdered 2 youths, and when he was acquitted he came back and terrorised the family for years

I see the Brits brought in tis Legacy act which is a nice name for an anct that gives immunity from prosecution for crimes committed in the troubles.   It was designed to protect the British Army from murder investigations/sentences etc..

Nolan Live last night was giving out about the act but never mentioned the British Army once.  He was outraged because IRA murders would have been written off.
