Realised rather than learned, but Trent Alexander-Arnold's name makes sense no matter which way you arrange it. Arnold Alexander-Trent? Alexander Arnold-Trent? Trent-Arnold Alexander? All perfectly cromulent. Would be all the better if his middle name was Jordan or something like that. It's John, which only sort of works, cos it's not that common a surname.

On a Wikipedia detour, I ended up on the page of the Spam Museum in Austin, Minnesota. I realised I had never tried it and decided I should. I expected it to be dreadful, but I was pleasantly surprised.

That's what I did with it too. Threw it in a bread roll with some brown sauce. It's like a cross between bacon and corned beef.
