An admirably open and honest interview from Bradley with Richie Sadlier. A tough listen when he’s speaking about his son’s diagnosis and treatment.

Good signing that. Enen though what they really need is a striker.

Interesting, I hadn’t heard that. I assumed all was good as id seen him back at Richmond and in McDowells a few times.

Based on what has been reported, it seems like Rovers have made their interest known quite a while ago so maybe them being keen and quick off the mark made the difference here.

Aaron McEneff coming back it looks like. Big boost for the midfield that.  And good he is coming here and not Derry!

Another older pro though likely to prevent more from academy stepping up

They have too many midfielders and no quality strikers. Cant understand how they wont spend some dosh on a decent striker.

Could do with another one but Rory Gaffney and Johnny Kenny are both quality. Aaron Green also very capable, though both Gaffney and Greene are pushing on

Good enough for LOI. Found wanting in Europe. Not Rovers fault they are winning leagues easily.

They are adequate but Shams should be looking for more quality. Gaffney is limited and Kenny hasnt show much form since he left Sligo. He has potential though. European games they wont do much which is why im amazed they haven't looked to sign someone in quite a while. Has to someone out there.

Ah Gaffney is superb. Granted, he is not a 'goal machine'. Kenny is only 20. Think people sometimes forget that.

Not many top tier strikers out there
