Id say a bit more than that . Talk a few years back when Ronan came back from dundalk was he was on 2k a week . Have to say tho its all chatter and no facts . Ah,,the lads gone by the looks of it .

2 grand a week here at home would be nice though. If he does move wouldn't it be great to see him be a key member of whatever side it is in a decent league. I'd love to see him as a regular for us too.

I can see him getting offered 5 to 10 grand a week away from Rovers - maybe back in Europe . Mick Mc Carthy wants him so the papers are saying . He would need enough shekels to make it worth his while moving away from home . He genuinely loves Rovers and has a good relationship with the manager - fans adore him . Hard to call .

Cyprus would be a disaster id say. Id say Mick will be there max 2 years and he will be back in the UK in some job possibly L1 or Championship. From the outside that does not look like a good move especially as his next move really needs to be a good one.

Just reading a few of his Indo remarks re his move / stay intentions . Looks likely he will deffo go . He will leave a hole but holes are usually filled in sooner or later . Jacks a good young man and has earned respect from club and fans .

To the Bozos credit they have been a very successful feeder club for the Hoops over the years...Doolin, Brady, Byrne (several), Pico to name but a few..
