Second isn’t as bad as first but gets nowhere near the ball and clips the man. Pen is correct decision. Big balls on Mandroiu to slot it away after missing first one

Just seen pen decisions
first is defo peno alright as you say.
Second, once theres contact its a pen, just the replay ive seen i cant see clearly if there was contact or not. |
