The analysis of a game and players from men who haven't been within an asses roar of it for over 30 years
is ludicrous.
While slanderous opinions make for good TV for some,it also gives a damning indictment on the game as a whole.DunphyDead

More or less said Serbia were sh*t , 2 points dropped and we never took advantage of one of the worst keepers he's seen at international level

Having Hamann on the panel freshens things up. Always good to have a neutral view, especially from someone who has won and done it all, a perfect antidote to the inane patriotic rants coming from Dunphy's tongue after every game.

Liked the balance on it myself. You have dunphy being patriotic but going on like Ireland could play like Barcelona with the right attitude, Brady being patriotic but realistic and hamman just calling the game from a neutral standpoint.
