BBC also saying Cardiff have made an official approach.

At least he should get plenty of game time there.

Think Watford is the other club, but supposedly he prefers a move to Cardiff

He will probably be first choice at Cardiff, will be good to see him back starting every week in the Premiership

Good move, if it doesn't work out it's only a loan, and if it does it can be made permanent.
We're decent enough..

Good move I feel. Should play a big part in their part to stay up. Although he didn't play much last season Bournmouth fans are sad to see him go

Hope it works out for him, but he's looking more and more like a player we've all been guilty of overrating. It would be easier to judge him though if he was playing in an Ireland team with a proper structure rather than the current managers do everything off the cuff nonsense.

saw a good bit of the game. Didnt really do much. He commits an awful lot of fouls in games and is always moaning to the ref. Does he really do that much in games. Im not convinced.

Played really well today, he'll be a big player for Cardiff this season. Clark had a solid game for Newcastle too.

Thought he was muck. Ran around like a headless chicken, over hit simple passes and should have been sent off too.

He kicked out at some guy and got a deserved yellow.

Didn’t really create anything in a game lacking quality.

He was Cardiff's best player imo, and was singled out for praise by the commentators early in the second half for his performance. Unfortunately, some will never rate him due to the myth that he "doesn't really want to play for Ireland"...
