If he's from Newtownards, chances are he'll want to stick with Norn

With his surname being Doherty you never know.

Surnames mean nothing up there..... a quick search on FB confirms that I doubt he'll declare for us

Who said he will play for the north?
You asked if I'd be anyone from history, fact or fiction, dead or alive:
I said "I'd be Tony Cascarino, circa 1995"

In the Irish Independent it says MON has met face to face with Dan Crowley recently. Then it said there could be a possibility he could be called up for Belarus & Holland. I think that last part is only paper not refusing ink though.
The only way is up

Re Crowley and anyone else thinking of not declaring for us. How pineapple head ended up at Villa is a big warning against opting for engerland.

not blaming the england set up for his mis behaviour, but think he may have been minded a bit more with us!

Saying that we have had our own wild children over the yearsBeer

Have watched Crowley a few times for Arsenal, and all I can say is give him 20 seconds on the pitch vs Holland/Belarus, just tie him to us!! He's the truth https://twitter.com/th14renato/status/720198905716203520

He would need to switch with Fifa first so no hope of him appearing this side of the Euros . Would be great to get him absolute baller. Think he started off great with Barnsley but I think he struggled physically with league 1 as the time went on, he played very well and scored a good goal against Everton in the league cup.

Has always looked great for the Arsenal youth teams since joining from Villa. Think the Barnsley fans were saying he was very selfish on the ball and his attitude was questionable. Still time to grow out of it yet.

Well I can't imagine his clearance would go through before the euros (not that he'd be picked anyway) but that may not stop him from playing a friendly game. I'm not sure what FIFA's rules are regarding that.
We're decent enough..

Well if he decides to switch to us and the paperwork is submitted, he won't even need to be capped by us to be ineligible to play for England. In the same way that Grealish can no longer play for us.

The list is a long one of players who turned Ireland down and went on to do not alot .....Kane being the odd recent exception, there have been many with dual qualifications but the really good ones have been snapped up by England long before Ireland had a chance ......then you have the borderlines who England only show an interest in when Ireland come knocking, they make their choice and end up never having an International career

Gave Crowley a quick search on Twitter and Arsenal fans think he should've been in the first team this season. According to @MailSport he'll be in it next season. This is a serious, serious talent and if we snap him up, oh boy!

A lot of thick Arsenal fans out there.... If he can't get in the Barnsley team what hope does he have of getting in the Arsenal team. When himself and Zelalem are both still at the club, Zelalem starts ahead of him in the cam position which pushes Crowley out wide where he is no where near as effective. Hopefully he gets a Championship team next year and take it from there.
