D'Island on the news on RTE showing off it's new wind farm.  What do the locals think about it Eire?  Are the turbines very noisy especially at night?

Mixed feelings around about them.
the are a bit away from my house so don't affect me at all.
Bit of a buzzing sound out of them when you're up close but Notting to worry about.

Some people complaining that its affecting mobile phones but don't no if the are.

Few people i no who are complaining are the ones who's land wasn't used!
Was a big pay day for a few farmers around!

Great drying there now, he says his doll is touch dry within minutes of been hung out, they also help to move the smell of pig sh*t to the next sh*thole

Seems a few lads are getting fairly het up about these windmills.  I wouldn't be surprised to see a modern day Don Quixote attack one with a stick of leftover Semtex.
