Holloway v McGregor at 145 in the present day isn't even a bout. It's a mauling where a man will end up skinned and his carcass sent back to Dublin.
And the same would happen vs Gaethje at 155. Hence why his name's avoided like the plague. |
I doubt it. The same was said of Dos Anjos and when he pulled out Alvarez. Mcgregor rarely gets the credit he deserves from his detractors. My point isn't he just hits harder but his punches are far more effective and power is one factor in that. It takes way less punches from mcgregor to shut your lights out then it does from Max. And that's because he's a better boxer.

Conor would of destroyed RDA simply because he psychologically ruined him during that presser, once the seed of doubt in your head, it turns into anxiety and you question yourself and it's all over.
It's no coincidence how RDA pulled out but then was fit to fight Alvarez a few weeks later.
I got the same vibes from Dustin during the presser yday despite the lack of sh*t talking.

Why do UFC fans refer to fighters by their first names like they know them even though they don't?

Because it is a form of porn there's a level of intimacy there.

Nurmagomedov didn't exactly buy into McGregors foul mouthed rants before their fight even though he looked psychologically ruined in the press conferences. Lets hope Ireland's greatest embarrassment gets a good hiding on Saturday!

It’s not just UFC fans, we have a number of lads on here calling players by their first names and nicknames for example Didzy and my personal favourite Molly when talking about Jayson Molumby.

Do you have information about this case? McGregor seems to think he was cleared of any wrong doing based on his quote in that article. |
This article doesn't bode well and I highly doubt this will go to trial and will likely be settled beforehand.

Yeah if that's true its horrible. Whether it is the truth or not I guess we may never know.
I always look at the people around McGregor who seem to be good people like John Kavanagh who have stuck by him through this, would they have if McGregor done something so horrible? I am sure they know the full story. Wonder who the unnamed man is as it appears he done even worse (if the story is true).

I'm no psychologist or therapist, but this does look like someone who was mentally ruined to you? He's actually laughing at the McGregor fans.

If anything, Khabib got inside Conor's head, and the constant remarks at him even yesterday suggests Khabib is still in there living rent free.

I'd say John Kavangh stuck around for the $$. Few of the Murrays gone over to the fight with him, they seem like pretty nice guys.

You might thing Dustin looks nervous but I think he looks sharp, fast and big. He's in great shape and as a mcgregor fan I'm nervous. And he pieced up Holloway this supposed greatest boxer in the ufc. Just like mcgregor did. Max is good but he's not the best.

I usually picked with name is easier to spell. Dustin, Justin, Khabib all have awkward surnames so f**k that!

Dustin looked alot better today at the Weigh ins ceremony, he looked awful 2 hours prior. It's been a nasty weight cut on the flipside Conor looked great.
I've never seen Michael before as I don't watch much Bellator but he looked absolutely huge for a 155.

Michael is like the Chad mendes of lightweight. Small but very stocky.. He's an excellent wrestler with good punching power. That style is usually a tricky match up for anybody.
I know what you're saying about Dustin. Looks big and in better shape but if the weight cut was harder he might have lower energy levels then mcgregor. These top level fights are fascinating as there are so many variables in place.
Some lad cut from the ufc for acting the absolute **** on fight Island. Beggars belief.

Just woke up 5 minutes ago for this one. Main card is class.
I'll go for Amanda, Makhmud, Joanne, Michael and Conor.

It’s a poor enough card, I’ll be streaming it illegally.
Dana White’s rant on illegal steaming was hilarious, a parody at this stage.
