Incorrect. He features regularly on ESPN Argentina so at least one poster has seen him play.

I think it's just a bit of rhetoric on Mick's part. Do you really believe Crowley has flown under his radar? He's had himself, TC and Robbie all over the place checking out every player. Mick's just not getting excited about a player when the camera's are rolling. He is now acknowledging his presence, he is going to see him play and I can see Crowley in our next squad.

maybe Dr Crowley should consider a move to the more salubrious surroundings of Rotherham or Barnsley if he fancies playing for the Eira

I've seen loads of Crowley this season. The lazy description is that he's in the mould of Wes. Based on what I've seen, we have no current player with his passing range. Would he make a Mick first 11. Hard to tell. But he should definitely be in squad. We just don't have anyone like him available to us. He will literally give us an option we don't have.

Good man you're missing the point.

It should be one of the requirements for the management team to know how our eligible players are getting on.

I don't get what the problem is here, Mick hasn't said he isn't going to pick him at all.

He said he isn't going to pick him until he has seen him play himself in person. He said he would be looking to go to the Dutch Cup final to see him play that's on next Sunday so we can see if he goes to see him there.

but why hasn't he went and seen him already??? baffling really... how long has be been in the job? how hard is it to get over to Holland to see him first hand, we already have had two fixtures over us under Mick. He should be working round the clock, i mean how much time does he actually have, what does he be at on a daily basis and him on such a large salary. thats the problem

i mean am i mad or is it too much to ask to expect our national team manager to know everything about every player that is available to us, not as if we have a massive pool!!!

to say i cant pick him because i havent seen him isnt good enough... do your job man

He has said he knows about. Yes he hasn't had the chance to see him in person.

What is he doing on a daily basis. I'd like to hope he's not only looking at the players currently in and around the squad travelling up and down England keeping in regular contact with them but is also doing his home work on Denmark and Gibraltar.

He also has an obligation to attend sponsor events as part of his role.

I guarantee you he isn't just sitting scratching his arse not going to see Crowley or any other player because he can't be bothered.

Great to see the process to get the papers sorted us in progress.

He may not feature under Mick which would be a disappointment.

In the long term for us, I hope he has the maturity to realize a return to England isn’t a must for his development - plenty of time at 21 - another year or two in Netherlands might be of benefit.

Tadic’s career would be a good comparison.
