He is f**king tiresome! I try and ignore him and the **** keeps quoting me! What happened to the other Nordie? The one with a sense of humour and an ability not to post unnecessary pictures, Wikipedia articles and not an italic, underline or abbreviation in sight! Can we swap?

Fixed that for ya.
Yeah, because let's face it, there aren't any proper facilities in England. Or Continental Europe. And besides USA isn't as far as Asia or Australia. Or the Moon. Oh and Klopp told Fenway Sports Group (his bosses and owners of LFC) that LFC had to play at Fenway Park (owned by Fenway Sports Group), not the other way round. Yeah, that'll be it.
So a series of long and mid distance flights, covering half a dozen time zones, is not fatiguing in July, only in, say, October or March. Never knew that. As someone who suffers badly from jetlag, maybe I'll start taking my hols in mid-summer, rather than later in the year. Edited by Territorial - 05 Feb 2020 at 2:55pm |

So, basically your counter argument to my posts were "No, no, no" - And who says the art of debate is dead! Anyways, some of my points are up for debate as they are factually correct. The story about Klopp having control over the pre-season tour was reported by one of the reporters close to the club: Paul Joyce, Mel Reddy. One of those.

Righto so. Spain, for instance, isn't closer than USA. And doesn't have adequate training facilities or stadia. And it's mere coincidence that FSG own both Fenway Park and Juergen Klo... er, I mean LFC. Facts, smachts, eh?
And you get "close" to a club by reporting things they don't want us to hear. Or do I mean things they do want us to hear? "This is all very confusing, Ted"

The point is, it's a bit rich for Klopp to be complaining about the FA loading unnecessary additions to the club's schedule, when his own club is already adding to it entirely unnecessarily themselves.

If you don't know the difference between a self-managed preseason trip and schedule and a competitive season schedule then maybe a football forum isn't the place for you. |

Klopp 100% correct with his decision and I would say that even had they lost last night.
No one really gives a f**k about the FA cup anymore unless you reach the Final so to re-arrange a replay during the already pre-arranged Winter Break was a poor decision from the FA which happily discredits the FA Cup even more. Next step is to hopefully scrap it

Well no-one except the 4.500 Cobblers fans who went to Derby last night. Or the 3,500 Coventry took to St.Andrews. And the Toon fans who sold out their allocation at Oxford. Or even the 8,000 Shrews at Anfield. And from what I saw of the Oxford/Toon game, the 28 players seemed to care, for two hours at least. Come to think of it, the other 6 teams seemed yo give it a bit of go as well. But you're right, apart from that, what did the FA Cup ever do for us?

It's irrelevant if a few lower league teams or low Premier teams take it seriously. If everyone especially the top sides do not take it seriously the competition has no credibility. It's a laughing stock of a tournament.
