Anybody got one? Mate of mine had a highline and this is a comfortline but because it is a japanese car it has a higher spec than an Irish car so he isnt much use.

On the wing mirrors for instance, there is an orange light on the side closer to the car that go on every now and then. I cant figure out what the fock LOL Is it telling me a car is approaching on the left and/or right or what? They have nothing to do with the indicators.

I've tried to google the above but to no avail.

I find it hard to believe that you have never been in a JDM grey import so should know that all the buttons on the dash and radio are in English (when it's not picture showing what it does).

White. Wouldnt normally like white cars but loved this one.

Immaculate yoke. One slight rub that needed to be fixed up but not a blemish otherwise.

Theyve some lovely stuff on their forecourt. A little pricier than normal but i know the lads and have always been looked after.

Down to Japanese culture. Looks bad on them if something they own isn't kept to the highest standard. Great for anyone buying cars out of Japan.

The windscreen wipers were squeaking for the last week so thought I'd get a new set of wipers for the aul
Trap mobile.   Normally this does the trick in years gone by but even with the new wipers they are squeaking.

The windscreen is clean.  Got the car washed about 10 days ago so maybe they used some sort of detergent on the car?

Anyone know whats the issue?

P.S.  The colour of the rubber on the new blades was slightly grey.  Not jet black.  Could the rubber be old and out of date?

Hi 9fingers, Sausy,

Having trouble with the air suspension on the Merc. Last week got the warning on the screen of malfunction and then too low to drive (it was practically sitting on top of the wheels. Turned if off and restarted after 5 minutes and it rose up fully and drove home. Driving it no problem until similar thing happened yesterday. This time it went down on the back only. Again, restarted after 10/15 minutes and was able to drive to the garage.

Garage can't figure out the issue, compressor seems fine, no leak detected. They are going to drive overnight to see if any new fault codes show. Any ideas what it could be?

I asked them to check fuses and for any frayed wires.

Was having trouble with back wiper of my Audi A3, water just flowed down towards the boot so I got a new rear washer jet which fixed the wiper problem but now the boot won’t open! Thinking this is something to do with it? Spoke to a mate who knows a little about cars and suggests I may need a new micro switch and a lock handle, these easy to acquire from say a Scrap yard for the above make and model?

Water could have got in and caused a short somewhere. Could be the microswitch alright but could be a dozen other things. I wouldnt go sourcing parts until you've a better idea whats causing it.

Did you check for any blown fuses? Does it open with a key?
