When motivation is your primary managerial attribute, how does it work when you try and motivate players for the cause when it’s obvious as day that you are not dedicated to the cause?

This is the lowest point I can ever remember in my enthusiasm for supporting Ireland.The combination of the horrendous play off defeat, the worst football we've ever played, the ridiculous carry on with MON for the last few weeks with now nothing changing, and the fact we have a whole year without a fully competitive match is just too much. This is as grim as it gets

Can only see this ending similar to the way traps 3rd campaign ended. Fans are onto oneils negative tactics just like we were with trap then and pressure will really be on if few bad results come about

I lost my enthusiasm a long time ago, average footballers don't get me off my seat and we stopped producing anything special a long time ago........to see them do best they can is all you can hope for.......and it's for certain O'Neill won't be actively pursuing anything new and exciting

Sorry how is it overreacting? We blew a group winning opportunity with some rank performances and tactics where the chickens came home to roost in the home play off. O Neill seems determined to pick fights with the press and is increasingly becoming infected with the Abbotstown Paranoia Flu.

His philosophy on the game is long past being effective.

It's a bleak future we're facing competitively in this management team.
