Does that mean that the FAI don't have to pay up his contract ?

Presumably there's such a clause in the termination agreement then again this is the FAI we're talking about

I'd say Forest wouldn't want Keane. The players wouldn't anyway! I hope Keane is there though. It would be brilliant.

Evangelos MarInakis was 'blown away' by MON's enthusiasm and drive to get Nottingham Forest back into the premier league.
Nigel Clough would maybe have been a better option. The recent 9-0 debacle probably didn't help him. Edited by TonyNotJack - 14 Jan 2019 at 12:56pm |

I hope he does well. In fairness look at the state of the Irish squad he had. Mick may get us flying for a bit, just like Mon did, but sooner or later the lack of good players shows us up.

best of luck to him too.. some people forget our great wins and the win ratio everyone talks about should really only include competitive games... kerr had a great win ratio but I don't remember any big wins

I still say MON mentioned him at least 10 times. I'd also be surprised if he didn't include pictures of him with his C.V. as references
