Hard to disagree with most of this. Nearly every competitive match during 2017 was a poor one and by the autumn we seemed to be going backwards at speed. The last game of all showed there is something seriously wrong with this team and its management.

Whats the contingency plan should he walk away here?

Like, how much time is getting to decide before giving the FAI the heads up?

Its such a weird situation, with the contract up / not signed.. hasnt been seen or heard of in several weeks in any light.
