So near but so far from putting the boot into the Establishment. Never expected anything less from Coleraine. Despite the hype, Kearney is a balloon, tactically. Had terrible feeling that 2-2 draw at Ballymena would come back to haunt us. Two up in injury time, both goals of season contenders from McDonagh, and we blew it. No complaints, Reds have been brilliant this season. Sort out defending from corners and I fancy us next season if we keep basically same squad with few additions.

The recent Crusaders v Linfield game decided the league when the Crues played eight reserves, then put the full team out against Cliftonville. Zero integrity from Stephen Baxter, a former Linfield player of course. Great season for the Reds nonetheless, winners of the League Cup and straight into Europe. Likely to be some changes to the squad-I'm assuming McNicholas and Turner will have to return to their clubs, Coates may not have another season in him, etc, but trust Paddy McLaughlin to make the right calls, his recruitment has been outstanding as has the team this season.

McNicholas been great for ye this season be all reports. Sligo Rovers are in a bit of bind here as we probably have the best keeper in the LOI at the moment but McGinty staying on would be unlikely as there has been offers that were turned down. So if McGinty is happy then the loan deal could be extended?! Ideally we get a nice bit of cash for McGinty and McNicholas is given a go between the sticks.

Pleased with the win but with the chances the Reds had they should have won it by 3/4 goals.

Irish Cup game, Reds hoping to break the hoodoo this year-they haven’t won the trophy since 1979. Their home game against Linfield next Tuesday is also being televised.

Think Friday night's visit to Carrick also being televised. Working Tuesday night, gutted to miss it. Will have it on in the corner. Huge game for the Reds.

Couldn't get a ticket for this evening, raging!!
I'm not liking the new apparent set up that the 'under - stand' is for season ticket only
