I remember one of the regulars/borderline alcoholic in the pub at home giving out when the prices of pints chanced to €4.10 as he used to count the euros he had left over the next morning to count how many pints he had the night beforeLOL

In my younger days, the local was a place you would turn your coins into notes on a Sunday morn. You should never be weighed down with coins in a local

€5.50 in one of the locals. 

Biggest rip for me though is the price of grub now in some places and reduced portions.
