The actress that played the copper that Rodney brought back to the flat passed away the other day.  She had a tough innings.  Her son committed suicide and she then got MS.

That scene where Del meets Alex the travel agent in the pub and suggests an idea to get customers.

Makes no sense. Del suggests 80% off for the next customer to get people in the shop.   Yer man never even offered Del anything nor would he in real ilfe.  Yet Del comes back within an hour or two with the almost free holiday.  Where was the big announcmenet in the local press?  As if yer man Alex would just give it to him knowing he had been conned.

Not only that Del asks for another bed in the hotel room.  What about the extra flight?  Oops!

In the episode where Rodney ‘goes it alone’ with Mickey Pearce, while Rodney inspects the broken lawnmower engine he bought at auction Del drops by to take the mick. But Rodney asks Del what he bought at the auction, and Del tells him he bought crystal goblets that Rodders and the Benidorm Boy initially wanted.

It was a public auction and the lot number for the goblets came before the lot number for the lawnmower engines. Del would have publicly won the bid in front of Rodney and Mickey. So surely Rodney knew that information already.

In the 'SH-HA-DOW' episode, why do Del, Rodders and the ferret not look in their pockets when they are looking for the receipt from their shopping? They just all verbally agree that they dont have it, and accept defeat? Bit flimsy.

Plot hole number 8, 946:

In Sleeping Dogs Lie the Trotters take Duke the dog of Marlene and he soon becomes unconscious.
They go to the vet.  While waiting they discuss the fine meats they had for dinner instead of giving it to Duke who they say was given a can of dog food.

The vet coes out and asks what did you feed the dog.  Rodney was about to say 'just a can of dog food' when Del buts in and says ''only the best foods, scollops, veal, pork etc etc..''

The vet then assumes the dog has salmonella poisoning from the pork. And the Trotters start panicking as Albert had the pork.

Yet the dog didn't have the pork so how could it have salmonella so why are they panicking?????Ermm

Sullivan youuuu plonker!

Earlier in the same episode - when Boycie and Marlene are setting off for the airport, Marlene is asking 'did you lock everything up...' etc, while leaving the front door lying wide open. At no point do we see anyone go to close and lock it.

Sullivan, you dozy twonk!

It’s not Christmas till you hear Del belt out ‘One Voice.’

And tickets weren’t sold to a friendly that didn’t happen between Wimbledon and Ipswich in 1991.

In the episode where Del fights Tommy McKay, does he ‘win’? It’s unclear whether he took a beating on behalf of Rodney. Yes, he is in a bad way in the pub, but says ‘he’s left the path clear’ for Rodney and his wife, and he’d ‘rehabilitated’ McKay.

Yeah he does.

Scenendoesnt make too much semse though.   KcKay's black mate would have ganged up 2 on 1 on him.  There's no sign of him after the fight.  Also very noble of McKay to allow Del a one on one fight.

One thing I could never get is David Jason is not a tough guy and there are scenes where its implied Boycie is afraid of him for example.

That’s right. Like in the episode “To Hull and Back”, the only money involved that wasn’t counterfeit was the money Boycie promised to Del as he wasn’t a fan of plastic surgery. But it’s confusing scene with McKay.
