just finished China Airborne there, decent read but fairly niche market for it, me being in it

Interesting things in it though, chinese airspace for the most part is controlled by the military and very little of it is open so planes cant fly direct routes, havign to twist and turn their way to a destination making their efficiency half that of the rest of the world

Born to Run - interesting book about long distance barefoot runners, and how they don't suffer injuries. Put it down to Nike runners which have changed the way we run by making bad posture more forgiving.

Rading a book about a footie team in Bristol, Eaton Cowboys, great read. As someone who has played and managed at the same club for 12 years its great to see the commitment from normal joe soaps to an amateur team. Its called 'Freedom Through Football' highly recommend it
Read it 3 times before posting

Rumours going around that it's Dave Kitson after The Secret Footballer did a radio interview without voice distortion and supposedly it sounded like him. Read the book though and it seems like The Secret Footballer played at the top level for longer than Kitson did!

Reading "To Hell or Barbados" by Sean O'Callaghan, about the 50k or so Irish slaves exported to the Carribbean and Virgina in the 1600's, unreal story, dont know how this is so unknown over here!
