Ryan's only 28, delighted to get him and hopefully can push us on to finally regaining the FAI Cup, not particularly arsed about the EIEIO Sports Cup to be honest.

Like others said, I'm surprised he didn't make a bigger impression in the SPL, but that can happen I suppose, anyhow a real boost to Rovers fans after enduring the last couple of weeks of misery.
We'll never die, we'll never die, we'll keep the Green Flag flying high......Shamrock Rovers will never die, we'll keep the Green Flag Flying high. 19 Leagues and 25 Cups.....

He created a very good impression when he went there first of all. Not sure what happened him last season. Surprised he is back home. Certainly thought Eoin Doyle would be back in Ireland before Richie.

Great signing. Really surprised he didn't do well in the SPL.

great signing for Rovers. hopefully thats the last we see of robinson and to a lesser extent chambers.
The season was in real danger of petering out but this should buck up the teams ideas a bit.
bring on the cups

Oh dear.

He would have had to have been in Sligo to fail a medical...

Great signing for Rovers, always rated him and surpised he didn't have more success overseas.

Any update of your wisdom on the previous page of this thread?

He did a medical with us. Wasn't satisfactory from our point if view. He went to Shams so we lost on getting him. It's quite simple.

Ventre failed a medical at the start of the season also. Once he proved his fitness then we signed him as he hadn't signed for anyone else in the meantime.

If he's the player he was with us he's a great signing alright

But he wasn't in Sligo yesterday. You are making things up because you shot your load with a nonsense rumour.

One of the Pats strikers, I think it was Forrester, clearly pulled up and was clearly told to get on with it by the manager and finished the game. He was unhappy and hobbled on. It was mentioned at the time and his injury considered less serious than feared etc. In that context I can see why Pats panic bought.

I never said Kenny was an awful manager. I said he was awful at the biggest job he has had to date and caused huge damage. Dundalk is his level and fair play to him.

It was fagan who then played against cork and pats signed Kavanagh the Tuesday AFTER that! Your a gas man
