There’s been some turnaround in public opinion of him in recent months/the last year.

Wasn’t so long ago there were protests about him attending the Sports personality of the year award.

Always liked him. Very funny

You lads need to give the Joe Rogan podcast a listen to.

A UFC commentator who podcasts 3-5 times weekly with a different guest each time, its ranked 6th in the world and the podcast he did with Tyson Fury reached the 2nd highest audience he's ever reached talking about Mental Health (only losing to Conor McGregor's trainer & dietitian 2 days after he lost to Khabib)

I hear a lot of good things about this guy, I am going to give it a go, despite my disinterest in UFC. Someone else was telling me he did a great one with Billy Corgan, supposedly his manner gets the best out of every guest, no matter what their field.

So if these guys are going to have a rematch, who will AJ fight in April? Hardly Dillian Whyte again?

There has been. I could understand the anger too, although I think it was handled badly. Considering it was about group that have been historically marginalised by society, it ended up being quite ironic. There seemed to be a lot of implicit jibes at his profession and background.

As you correctly said, he is very funny and uniquely charming. As much as his bizarre god-bothering is annoying and his views on homosexuality out of touch, he is a rarity in modern sport: an interesting character.

Might be too sooner for Usyk. Needs to move up in weight for starters and have a few warm up fights. Maybe Usyk v Chisora on AJ v Whyte undercard.

I just saw on the news that Fury's camp have launched an official investigation into the scoring and want a rematch as soon as possible.

Would like to be proved wrong but I think Usyk isn't big enough to be truly dominant as a HW.

It’s been quite the turnaround alright for an openly homophobic
Lad that’s also a convicted doper.

Joshua never got too bad a press in the UK though for being a convicted drug supplier and enforcer for collecting drug debts . Saved from a lengthy prison spell as he was the big hope for an Olympic Medal.

TBF Joshua seems like a nice lad and all the PR is he turned his life around.
Tyson also seems very like able and has also turned his life around. But I can’t believe there has not been one mention in the press about his 2 year suspension for doping and his views on homosexuality.

There was only a nationwide petition to ban him from the SPOTY that year, not much press I guess.
