Too little too late, just like the Supercopa final

Poor Benevento though, Berardi misses an injury time penalty, only for Sassuolo to still score the winner right at the death. 13 straight defeats

Should never have sacked their manager, yes the whole club would be on a high with an unbelievable promotion but surely even the most ardent of fans would have expected at least 25 - 30 defeats this year, it's like putting Accrington Stanley into the epl and expecting them not to be tanked every game.

Italian FA saying they want Conte
Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".

Bill O'Herlihy: Ah ye can't be saying that now Eamonn

No Dinny, the now SACKED ex president of the FIGC Carlo Tavecchio wanted him but as I said, he's been sacked this morning (he can say resigned all he wants but it was in effect a sacking) so hopefully they get someone else in as Conte had his go and he wouldn't be my choice for them to move forward with the younger lads.

Didn't see that Philly.

Interview was presumably before he got the bullet

Good away win tonight for Bologna, should keep them clear of the relegation spots for a while until their usual dismal run. Donadoni works wonders there imo.

See Palmero got spanked 0-3 to Cittadella, that won't have gone down to well.

Will Juvents do their usual and go on a run and win it or they struggling to hit the highs of past years?

Still fancy them to go on and win it but the opposition is as strong as it has been in quite some time.

Great for the league.

Benevento have no points from 14 games. That must be one of the worst runs ever in top flight European football.

It's the worst ever in Europe (that could be Europe's top 5 leagues now, not sure), overtaking a record held by Man Utd
