The fellas behind those reviews should be handcuffed to the bar wearing a sash and bowler.

Had the quickest pint in there. Pint was good but the place is too mental for an after work pint that early in he evening.

Had to escape to the Harold House. A proper local boozer in Harolds Cross. Clap
Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

If you walk up Stephen's Green direction, there's a bar called P Mac's on the right with a decent selection of craft beer, if that's what you're into.

Otherwise just go to the Long Hall.

That's where I bring my pof dates. LOL

It used to be called Cafe Royale. Opened around 8am every morning and closed by 10pm. Mad spot altogether!

It’s €3.70 a Guinness. Think there is 1/more lagers for €3.50. Only pub I know that didn’t hike prices after Diageo’s latest increase.

It’s a dive bar but the crowd isn’t rough whatsoever

In fairness noone said anything to to me but wouldn't want to stay in it too long. Just a load of alcoholics rather than scummers that was in there.
