Completed Equinox. Danish show, a little bit like Dark but not as good. But well worth a watch, suspenseful and kept you glued in

Finished The Deuce last night. It was quite enjoyable overall. As you would expect from a David Simon show, it’s well written and quite polished. A good mix of amusing, sad, surprising and interesting. I would recommend. I just started ZeroZeroZero. It’s another drug/ mafia drama. Gabriel Byrne is starring in it. I’m only one episode in but it looks promising. |

Finished Season 1 of undercover on Netflix, really good but I thought the last couple of episodes were dragged out a bit.

I think this is decent enough. Have a couple of episodes left, but one thing that's extremely annoying is that there's no subtitles for any of the languages (Dutch, Romanian, etc). Have to pause and add in the subtitles manually every time English isn't being spoken.

Watching the new version of The Stand at the moment. Watchable but once again failing to even come close to doing the Stephen King book justice. Was the same with the 1990s adaptation.
Doesn't make sense to try and tell such a layered story in one season, it really needed a HBO Game of Thrones style treatment.
