It's a tough old watch, crazy story. Poor f**ker was seriously messed up after everything, glad he seems to be doing alright.

Defo agree about the 30 minute episodes. Great for midweek viewing especially
Finished it, thought it was a couple of episodes too long. 4th episode not for the faint hearted.

Bottom has aged pretty well. I'd still get plenty of chuckles if I happen upon an episode.
It would damage this forums' reputation

Same. Rewatched it after finishing Masters of the Air. Every bit as brilliant as I remembered

Will never forget watching the Bastogne episode after a heavy weekend. Was sweating buckets by the end.

I decided to look at Band of Brothers, always assumed it was 5 series or something so only one season was an easy sell.

Decent enough a 7/10.

Just watched that Bastogne episode The Huntcha, I can report it was the booze only that had you sweating buckets LOL

Only realised  that the guy who wrote the thing actually did the acting too. Finished if off and it's a great watch

Watched them all about 2 years ago. Great show.

It's based on a movie he (lead actor) starred in years before the show. The Magician. He's the same character in both.

Mr Inbetween is excellent.

Started watching Baby Reindeer, true story about some odd ball stalker. It's watchable.

Mammoth.

It’s on the bbc at present and is like a mix between Only Fools and Horses, Life on Mars, and a bit of Austin Powers thrown in. 1970s PE teacher is frozen in ice, reawakens in 2024 and is slow to come to terms with the fact that he can’t behave as he did in the 70s.

I have laughed out loud at several points.

sh*te song.  Could be a good doc. Prince refused to sing such a sh*te song 😀😀

Apparently they offered a solo spot to his backing singer in the hope it would encourage Prince to come. When he didn’t come, she didn’t get her slot so left early.

It’s an enjoyable documentary, definitely a sh1te song.

Sheila E was more than just a backing singer. Brilliant drummer and song writer too.

Ah yeah, phenomenal performer. But I didn’t know how familiar anyone else would be.

Bob Dylan enjoyed it.

The Bob Dylan bit is funny. He wasn’t at all comfortable with what he was doing and Stevie Wonder sits at the piano and sings in a Bob Dylan voice in the way as he thought Bob would. And then they clear out the studio of most people, except Quincy Jones, Lionel Richie and Stevie Wonder, and Bob does a great job on it.
