It would possibly mean 3 clubs playing out of Tallaght for European competition

We’ve a bigger seated capacity then Derry I think. Issue is you need 4,500 seated capacity and we have 3,870 or so and UEFA don’t seem to allow temporary stands. In talks with them but id be surprised if we were allowed play at home. Also wouldn’t want to play on that pitch in Derry.

They are very welcome from us all at Sligo RoversLOL

In fairness it was coming before these European matches against us. He did well for Motherwell up until last January, after the SPL break then only won 1 match for the rest of the season, in 13 league matches and still jammed their way into a European spot (5th place) at the end of the season. Once managers go on bad runs like that it is very difficult to turn it around.

Theres no quality in that Motherwell side. Not 1 of their players look like they would make any impact in the league. Tierney and he was anonymous last night. Be a long season for them id say.

Cheers for posting the links Double Maxim.

They are also showing the match on LOITV, link below.
The match costs €10 on LOITV tho, the matches are usual €7 but they probably need to cover the extra fees for getting this match.

I don't want to come across as preachy and this is not a dig at you either Double Maxim for posting a free link to the match.

But I would highly recommend supporting watching the matches if you can afford it. LOITV is a great service for the league of Ireland, if it is not supported it will not last. I watch all the Sligo Rovers away matches on it. The profits made from LOITV go back to the clubs in the LOI. I think Sligo Rovers were given around €30,000 from LOITV last season so I assume that all clubs in the Premier and First Division leagues get the same or similar. You may think that €30,000 is small fry but most first division clubs would not get €30,000 in prize money at the end of the season. That money goes a long way for most LOI clubs.
You always here the broken record for years now of people and the media giving off about the lack of TV money, prize money in the LOI, pointing the finger at RTE or Virgin media for not showing enough LOI matches or not supporting the LOI in general. Well this is the chance to support a service that is providing good LOI  match coverage and supporting the LOI clubs financially too. Just thought it was worth mentioning.
