Hope so GTS, not saying things arent but hopefully all is well financially because the strides of provincisl sides like yoursleves, limerick, cork and hopefully galway can only be good for the league.

No reason why we cant I think. We have been building toward this for the last 8 years when you think of it. From investing to get out of the frst division, winning the League Cup, the FAI cups and year on year imprving our league position. In times past success was a flash in the pan, this has been a progression ... long may it last.

A truly wonderful weekend, with celebrations that surpassed the cup final scenes when we beat shams a few years back. I genuinely have never seen the town as mental! Still in an absolute mess but was worth every bit of it. We've had so much to contend with this season on injury front, losing points over Monaghan, Boco leaving , open forum and so on, which makes it all the sweeter. A lot of great people and work going on behind the scenes at Showgrounds and hopefully the club can build on this.

huge congrats to Sligo Rovers
 
a real big club who desperately needed to make their mark again in terms of a league title. Cup wins were always the precursor to this day. 
 
deserved winners over the season and a great style of play

Yup all 5000 tickets have been sold & temporary terrace is beening erected holding an extra 800 for the St pats & Shams games
