Mourinho would soon knock those goals and assists out of him.

Playing under Jose would likely result in the improvement of the defensive side of Doherty's game, we already know all about Matt's attacking capabilities. Spurs will also likely finish well above Wolves next season and are in Europe, so it's a no brainer if the offer is there on the table for him to accept it.

Doherty is ambitious and sets a high standard for himself. If Spurs went for him he"d go. He'd be a guaranteed starter. Aurier will be shipped out.

I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Its sounds to me like he loves playing under Nuno anytime i heard him speak about him. Would he want to leave for Spurs? Im not so sure he would. Playing for Spurs isnt that big of a deal anymore.

No way wolves would sell for 12 even in the current market. At least double that

Strong rumours of Maitland Niles going to Wolves also so it could be true.

I'd imagine Spurs will play with a back four for the season ahead, which would be a win/win for Ireland as Doherty (if he joins them) will then in turn be playing week in week out at right back as opposed to right wing back.
Given that Stephen Kenny will be using both a 4-3-3 and a 4-2-3-1 as opposed to the 3-4-3/3-5-2 used at Wolves.

It would be criminal if he only went for £12 million unless there were a whole host of add on's.

I certainly would have thought so but he's not English. The more i think of it, the more i think he would be Joses cup of tea. He seems an unusual character. Perfect fit.

Would’ve said £18m or so would be a fair price.
15 goals & 15 assists over the last 2 seasons is a great return from wingback

He’s done so well for them. You would think they would strengthen elsewhere with the cash
