Coleman’s lack of game time? Coleman has been out injured for about 2/3 months of the season and has still started close to the same amount of games as Doherty.
You need to differentiate where you live from reality!

Do you want to elaborate on that?

Its not totally out of the question. Not as if we have that great of options. Coleman on the right of a midfield would not be outlandish. Don't see it happening but i wouldn't be against trying it myself.

Coleman would nearly be favourite to start yes. He played right wing the other night for a good portion of the game. Anything to be said for him playing there against Serbia? Could he be worse then what we have?

He seems to follow one good performance with a couple of bad ones these days.

Well I hope Coleman starts!

One thing I would point out is that Mourinho has played him in a back 4 all along and bar against Wolves for one half anytime he’s tried a back 5 he hasn’t played him then.

Reguilon is actually the same a glorified wing back not great defensively. When these 2 and Holjberg were signed I’d fully presumed Mourinho was going with a back 5 or a 3-4-3.

It’s not a great sign when Tanganga is playing ahead of him agreed. I’d say Joe Rodon will be out in the cold now too. Defensively they are shambolic and Doherty is far from the only issue.

Has he even made three consecutive league appearances yet? It seems he's scapegoated after every bad result and dropped from the side. Is it any wonder he can't build any momentum.

Doherty has looked extremely ordinary at Spurs

He is a busted flush and is taken the club backwards and his scorched earth management style will leave spurs in a sh*t situation.  With kane out for a while I would expect them to be 12 points of 4th in a few weeks.   He has signed average players since he has been there and there does not appear to be any strategic plan.  When spurs are sitting closer to 10th than champions league I expect him to be under serious pressure and the 3rd season is always car crash under jose.

They will cobble together a few wins, and are in touching distance of top 4 he will be ok. Also if he wins the league cup he won’t get sacked
