I was just going to post mash with brown sauce (has to be Chef) or ketchup (Heinz of course) is lovely. Added beans make it even nicer! The odd time we have a fry up and mash all cut up and mixed together (sauce optional) and it's delicious. The young lad calls it breakfast pie.

Used to love a Triple decker sambo- fresh white bread, ham, potato salad and skips. Haven't had it in years though
