Only one winner here - the glazers.

Take a loan out to buy the club, put that loan on to the club to be repaid by the club, take millions out in dividends every year- and then sell the club for billions. They didn't care one iota about mugs financially supporting them waving green and gold scarves. Fair play to those that stuck to their principles and did not financially support them making billions out of the club.

I hate the glazers, but that is some win by them.

Oh no doubt!

Had United fans not protested though these clowns would never have sold! Weird seeing rival fans trying to point score over successful protests.

I would assume it’s a business decision? Ashley selling Newcastle was presumably a business one too?

I wouldn't be so certain they'd have never sold without protests. It was time to cash in, they've had man utd supporters line their pockets and make then richer over the last 17 years but they're now going to get billions for the club after not putting in a cent of their own money to buy or run it.

You won't make easier money than that.

If more united supporters stopped financially supporting them in 2005, it'd have gone south very quickly for the glazers. But because united supporters helped make them richer over the last 17 years, theyll walk away with billions in profit Cry

100% a business decision. Was even some journalist writing that their was some talk they'd prolong the process because ETH has been doing such a good job they might get more money for the club.

And for the money they want the only realistic option for buyers are probably going to be from the middle east. Think it's was mentioned that Jim Radcliffe was working with JP Morgan to try finance a deal through loans. That right there should be a bit of a warning to maybe avoid him.

Would probably be impossible to get something to work like that with United being such a juggernaut. For every fan that's been pissed with the Glazers God knows how many day trippers are waiting to fill that seat and spend money in the club shop.

Glazers knew that and didn't care how many of the die hard supports who threatened to boycott because they knew fans from abroad would fill that seat and spend more money on match days anyway.

80% of Uniteds income is made up of broadcasting and commercial the average supporter is very small as far as the balance sheet is concerned .

PSG will become United’s feeder club! Expect Mbappe and Hakimi to join in the summer.

Thought United were excellent, unlucky with the Kounde/Rashford foul! Thought it should have been a free kick and red card.

Barca without Gavi and Busquets for the return leg, Pedri also a major doubt! Good position to be in.

You can tell Ten Hag is a brilliant coach, every player knew their role! Xavi on the other hand got it wrong playing Kounde in the centre and Araujo at right back.

Everytime I see him I'm reminded of the Djimi Traore song "he just can't, he just can't, he just can't...control his feet"...
