Sykes a good call.
He's been playing full-back recently I believe. |

He doesn't really start there but might play the last 20/25 mins there after subs are made

McNamara and Ebosele are the obvious two to step up. McNamara consistently solid for a good Millwall team and Ebosele gradually getting more game time for Udinese.

I imagine Doherty will play RWB, with O'Dowda/McClean or, less likely, Brady or Manning at LWB.

If Tsimikas is one of Greece's most influential players, I could see Ogbene playing WB to keep him pinned back.

Owen Cowzer reporting that Everton don't believe the injury to be as bad as first feared with no significant ligament damage.
Still waiting to see the full extent though & how long he might be out. Good news because the way the knee moved was absolutely horrible. If he hasn't done major damage he's extremely lucky

Positive update - it appears there has been no serious ligament damage
Still facing a spell on the sidelines, but not the career ender that had been feared

I for one am truly stunned that the doctors of YBIG who not only diagnosed his injury, but managed to retire Séamus have been shown to be wrong.

I don't think anyone is claiming to be a doctor, just people expressing their opinion and concern. He's very lucky to come away from that tackle without a serious injury.

Great news for Seamus. If no break and no major ligament damage, potentially could make it back for June. Fingers crossed

Great news, a bit like Ferguson recently the gun was massively jumped as to the severity of the injury. If its just a sprain he probably won't play for a few weeks but should be back for Greece, hopefully it's even less than that.

We're decent enough..
