You will find it very hard to get a ticket for any ANZACS/SA match, only for the elite of this country,  try a barbarians match.

The Saffa’s were leading NZ by 12 points with 4 mins to go yesterday and somehow managed to lose.
They really should have done the double over them having beaten them earlier in the Rugby championship.

They came 2nd overall.
Not good news for Irish rugby fans. Looks like they have gotten their act together before the WC next year.

Lois: Peter, what did you promise me?
Peter: That I wouldn't drink at the stag party.
Lois: And what did you do?
Peter: Drank at the stag pa-- ... Whoa. I almost walked into that one.

Went on sale through clubs and supporters clubs months ago, all long gone.

Not actually that hard to get if you're a member of the irfu supporters club when they go on sale.

Oh yeah, fully aware of that. But like the 6 nations this year, once that ticketmaster event page is still live on the website there is still a chance batches of tickets going on sale at random times. Just have to be lucky your online the same time.

As for that joke of an irfu supporters club, pay €50 for the privilege of a 'chance' to purchase tickets. Probably end up getting golden tickets for usa or italy games if your luck is in.LOL

They went on sale last June on the day of Brazil v Serbia in the World Cup.

They were unless you bought the three match package.  Even that sold out in a few minutes in the SC sale.  I didn't hear of anyone getting NZ on its own.  Loads of upset members on the day.  I couldn't even get kids tickets for Argentina on its own although did get 2 of the three match package.

There were very few held back for the public sale.

Deise's local is a rugby pub.  I've seen him many a saturday night before big test games with a few tickets in the shirt pocket. Send him a PM if anyone is looking for tickets

Yeah got to all Six Nations this year and the last All Blacks last time out by randomly refreshing between 10 days and 3 days out. Worth having it open in the background at work and hitting refresh whenever ya think of it.

The missus and her family got one off tickets through it but not surprised that was the exception rather than the rule.

I really don’t know how rugby fans get enjoyment from supporting the Ireland team.

they get excited about playing friendly matches in winter that the southern hemisphere teams don’t give a sh*te about.

they play in the 3rd ranked tournament (6 nations) in World Rugby every year and visit the same countries for away trips every second year and they get excited about it.

They go to a world cup every 4 years in a sport that only has about 9 to 10 competitive countries competing yet they have never got past a quarter final stage.

I really hope next year in Japan they get their asses handed to them in the quarter finals by either NZ or SA.
