good to see that there are plenty of offers in for paddy and olding and that they will be given a second chance to resume their rugby careers

They were obviously found not guilty but I agree that they were sacked as they breached club guidelines with their behavior and as many have pointed out sponsors weren't happy with their actions and rightly expressed concerns.

The IRFU and Ulster rely on the sponsorship to run themselves so it was a no brainer for them.
Lose two players in positions they have adequate cover for or lose potential money.

As again people said French/ English clubs are mostly privately owned and as long as you're a decent player that's all that matters to them.

I will say again though hopefully without fear of getting sued (MODS feel free to edit if you feel this comment may get site in trouble) Jackson has come out of this whole affair looking like a right arsehole.

can’t see English clubs lining up for them after the extensive press coverage and maybe even French clubs might be wary of signing them. Maybe Southern Hemisphere or JAPAN .
One City,One County,One Club GUFC will be back.

The same applies to the clubs in England, but that might probably be a little too close to home for all of the 2 players, the sponsors & the fans. If they wanted to maintain the culture of entitlement they seemed to have enjoyed at Ulster, they should probably head to South Africa.

I'd agree with Vidic and Deise, whicever club signs them just says ehh sorry they were cleared of rape charges and they deserve to restart their career, media questions blow over

I suspect France or further afield would be more likely than England.

Union has always been the poor relation in Aussie Sports. Cricket, League and Rules have always been ahead of it and wouldn't be surprised if Football moves ahead of it soon (if it hasn't already)

Matt Williams was on with Matt Cooper yesterday evening and was scathing on Munster on their performance, team selection, tactics - the whole lot. He didn't hold back but was spot on with everything he said.

Edit: Really went to town on them for their team selection in South Africa the week before with the Racing game so close
