Attendances will have to continue to decrease at an alarming rate for Ashley to really consider getting out of Newcastle, even at that it looks unlikely.

It's such a mess and a really broken club now, it would be a massive job for new owners to come in and fix it.

I also think that certain elements of Newcastle's fanbase don't help matters, they genuinely believe they should be challenging for the top 4 (in terms of the size of the club) and it's completely unrealistic.

I disagree, that nose makes him incredibly recognisable.

Thoughts on Joelinton thus far Lassie?

Massive gamble and looks to have backfired.

Almiron still hasn't scored either, which is surely worrying.

The toon going well at the moment. Bruce in fairness is answering some of his critics - personally I'm delighted for him as he comes across well when interviewed win lose o draw.

Saint Maximin and Almiron are playing grtuff at the moment. Only a matter of time before a goal goes in for either of them. Keep Saint Maximin fit and we'll be mid table I reckon. He's great entertainment to watch
If in doubt just f**k it out!!! Stop the nonsense as Johnny Giles would say

Reckon tonight's game has the makings of a cracker, Newcastle are starting to score a lot more than normal the past few games on top of Sheffield United being very entertaining to watch.

I'm not predicting an avalanche of goals mind, maybe 3 or 4.

A bad game but a good win and puts us 5 points above relegation again. Sheffield United were very poor and Egan had the worst game I've seen him play. Good to see Clark get man of the match.

Saint Maxim is some live wire, tailor made for the Premiership.

I can see why your lot love him, his all action approach is infectious

Bruce is doing a good job there, (of course im disgusted) LOL

Bruce is doing well alright. Must be one of the surprise packages of the season
In a way he's proving what I've always thought, that Rafa Benitez is over rated

That's nothing more than a sly dig at Liverpool.

Benitez did an amazing job considering he was given fook all funds,as soon as Bruce arrived he was allowed splash the cash, bringing back Carroll  was a smart move, slowlinton could be a contender for  flop of the season but Saint Maxim has been brilliant, when he scores two he will renamed Double Maxim LOL
