You'd have to wonder where Jeff would be now at both club and country if it weren't for such pragmatic managers at the helm for both over the last few years. The type of mangers who like a good solid player. Nothing too fancy.

Define 'solid'? If its defined as lacking any obvious footballing ability or making any useful contribution whatsoever to most matches that would be Hendrick to a tee

Look he pasted the ball around a good bit and did well and very unlucky at the end when he hit the bar at the end but the next four games if he plays i bet you will find it hard to say if he was on the pitch , that's Jeff for you .

Know he’s pretty limited but surprised Burnley hasn’t extended him. He plays a lot and it’s not like Burnley have a ton of cash to splash on a replacement.
