Performances so far very much reminding me of the second half of the 2021 season where we lost several games in a row and just couldn't break teams down.

In the times of needing to break the 90 point barrier to stand a chance of competing, think we are too far off the boil. Can see it being a run away for city.

Don't know how they can possibly defend him. He was absolutely stupid to react like that and deserved to be sent off.

And it will have other teams, both in England and across Europe thinking 'we can easily wind this lad up'. He's going to have to learn quickly to be able to deal with that.

There is no defending that. None. So I am surprised to hear that, looked like a proper old school Glasgow kiss too.

Romero from Spurs up against Darwin will be fun to watch. God help us when he pulls his top knot out.

Absolutely idiotic.  I honestly dont know how anyone can be so braindead as to do that.

Is he Andy Carroll in disguise?

You may be right, but thing is, Romero doesn't even have to stray outside the rules to discomfort opponents - every game he makes at least one tackle which shakes the very ground they're playing on.

Mark my words, if he carries on like he has so far, he's capable of going to the very top rank of defenders, any league, anywhere.

Or imagine Liverpool being drawn in the same Champions League group as PSG - and the mischief that a certain S. Ramos could get up to! Shocked

Think everyone in the ground agreed he had to go.

Been asked by a friend who is a Liverpool fan and visiting Dublin for a recommendation of a pub for the game tonight. Thanks in advance.

Liverpool to win 3-0 tonight is 12/1.
I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Lack of creativity so far in the league has been really there to see.
Injuries not helping but looking like this could be a tough season.

Need to get the act together quickly before CL places start looking far away

They’ll easily finish second.

Could not believe how sh*t the Liverpool bench was. Just looked at livescore halfway through the second half and didn’t recognise 3 of them.

Not to mention how sh*t the first XI were.  They were abysmal.  Never seen them so bad.
