Going to get my body fat done in the next few weeks. 

A lot of really skinny women struggle to get pregnant because their bodies just cant handle it. Madness how far some people take it but then again it is a disease for loads of people, very sad really.

Exactly happy medium all the way.

Lots of really thin and really fat people have fertility problems.

One girl my mum knows was told by the doctor to lose 2 stone before he would even try the IVF She could'nt lose the weight. Herself and the fella broke up, she lost weight and they got pregnant naturally.

Being over weight and unhealthy or being stick thin and unhealthy has serious effects on your hormones.

You have to get a fitness plan that is for the whole year and not just after christmas.

Here is an article about an interesting type of diet. Fat, protein and low g.i carbs. Obviously to lose weight u have to keep within the calorie boundaries to lose weight.

I know I was sl*gging you tubby funsters a fair few pages back but I've a bit of timber to shift now myself. Put on about a stone and a bit whilst being out injured and generally living the good life. Suppose that's Karma for you. I need to get a bit off the Nedzer and tone up a bit.
