Not even a fine! Just a reprimand.
In fairness, MO'N didn't say the referee was biased, just bad. That doesn't usually result in a problem. And they don't usually punish players for comments to the media either, much and all as they do tend to get punished for on field dissent. Fair enough comment. |

Has injured his knee in pre-season match with Bristol Rovers on saturday according to RTE and is a doubt for the september qualifiers.

Was brilliant tonight.
You could argue the yellow was avoidable, and following it, he could have ended up sent off. But his attitude was incredible. I hope he brought it into the dressing room after the game and he knocked the bo**ix out of a few of the other players who never looked arsed all night. His anger during the game and post-match reminded me of Keano. Respect. |
