Hopefully he'll concentrate on his club career like McCarthy. The last thing we need is a half crocked Brady coming back into the frame disrupting things. Like all managers Kenny has his favorites and Brady is certainly one of them, places a bit too much blind faith in him like Horgan. Horgan is limited enough in ability, Brady is limited by his injuries/fitness/form over the past 4 years. Needs to get minutes and prove hes still up to it. |

Would be a great move for him and us if he can nail down game time there. I wonder is their interest down to the terrible news that broke today about young David Brooks?

It probably is they need a replacement and who else is there. For Brady's sake like McCarthy be needs to worry about his club career now.
Has the world of ability but crocked by injury and as harsh as it sounds we need to be moving on from Brady if we are getting back qualifying for tournaments. We lack so much depth in CM that McCarthy if he really comes back flying and we don't see young CMs emerge maybe might warrant coming back in. Absolutely gutting what happened poor David Brooks and hopefully he's back taking that spot at Bournemouth in the future. Hes such a talent.

Brady could be a nice option behind a front man in the present formation. If he was fit and going well left wing back would make sense but unlikely. Through the middle he could offer a real creative threat.

Ryan Christie already at Bournemouth so I'd be surprised. Rumours he's priced himself out of moves with wage demands already. He was class in the Euro's but done nothing since, goes missing too often in games. Good luck to him but we've better players than him in the squad already.

Can't see Brady getting near the Ireland side again, far too unreliable.
We need to move on from himself & McCarthy. |

We said the same about Duffy.
If he rediscovers this his form he should be included, again only on merit.

Agreed, it looks a long road back for either him or Mc Carthy, but both have enough ability if fully fit and playing regularly to force their way back in to contention

It's a different situation to Duffy, he went through a bad patch at club level but didn't play too badly for us. Some did say he was finished, maybe jumping the gun just a tad.
Brady has barely kicked a ball in 4 years!
