Yes plenty of mileage left in the race as it stands, a couple of poor results can swing it.

3pts on Sunday would be massive as we have a winnable run of fixtures coming up, with 3 of the next 5 at home after Sunday. If we could pick up the full 12pts between now and Ibrox it would set us up nicely.

They will need to go on an almost perfect run. Plus they still have an outstanding fixture to squeeze in.

In Aberdeen on Sunday and managed to get tickets off a mate in the home end. At least I can support Aberdeen happily now know Rangers have no hope of winning the leagueLOL  Just hoping for a good game tbh

Yes two tricky games. Aberdeen are due a performance against us.

If we go to Ibrox with this lead still intact, the pressure will be massive on them to get a win.

I dont see them progressing vs Braga which may help them in the run in. Whereas I expect us to get past Copenhagen, which will stretch the squad.

CelticFC manager Neil Lennon was next to speak to the press at Lennoxtown to discuss #CELHEA and preview Aberdeen on Sunday.

"It was a superb performance. To score five goals without reply - five goalscorers as well from different areas and different types of goals."

"I'm delighted with the amount of goals scored and the chances created. To have that goal difference is very pleasing."

"The desire last night to keep going to the final whistle to get more goals. We’re in a good place at the minute but we’re not getting carried away. It’s always about the next game."

NL on formations: "We looked at the formation with the injuries to the wingers and changed it a little. We’re flexible with the new formation and we can adapt back to the 4-3-3. With a back four in Europe we’ve been very good so we’ll always look at it."

NL on goalscoring defenders: "We’ve been more of a threat from set-plays. We’ve got good height in the team and with either Ryan or Leigh’s deliveries, it’s been great to see."

NL: "We’re just thinking about Aberdeen away which is always a difficult game.

NL on Aberdeen: "They got a very good win on Tuesday to get themselves going again and they’ve got a great manager. It’s a dangerous game and we have to be at our best."

We have lost the league from more favourable positions than this, so its far from over.

Pre split we have 3 home and 4 away (Aberdeen, Livi, Huns and Hibs all difficult ties).

They have 5 home and 3 away, with 5 of them games against bottom 6 sides.

Safe to say they have an easier run of fixtures up to the split.

Post split, as it stands it looks like we will have to play two teams, away from home for a third time this season.

It's over! Rangers are bang average and will continue to drop points.

Is there a rights issue with Sky Sports News not showing goals from Celtic home games? All goals from other SPL games are shown earlier but the Celtic goals weren't shown before 10:30pm the other night.

Not quite Ranges have a far easier set of fixtures before the split.

I've noticed that not sure what the craic is. I think the coverage on BBC Scotland's Sportscene is better than sky and BT.

Hopefully if the Dembele move goes through for £60m could be a good windfall for Celtic?

That would net 6 million for the coffers but can't see pistol Pete using that to buy a player in the summer.

Id imagine Celtics flight up to Aberdeen will be cancelled later due to the winds from the Storm

Ah well , they are paid handsomely enough to be able to stomach a 4-5 hour coach journey up instead !
